The launch of Indonesia’s first Ultra Fast Charging Public Electric Vehicle Charging Station (SPKLU) took place on March 25, 2022, at the Central Parking Area of ITDC Nusa Dua, Bali. The event was inaugurated by President Joko Widodo, as part of the government’s commitment to supporting the clean energy transition and reducing carbon (CO2) emissions, in line with Indonesia’s G20 Presidency momentum.
The SPKLU launch was attended by key officials, including Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan – Coordinating Minister for Maritime and Investment Affairs, Pratikno – Minister of State Secretariat, Erick Thohir – Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Sandiaga Uno – Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Wayan Koster – Governor of Bali, and Darmawan Prasodjo – President Director of PT PLN (Persero).

PLN E-Mobility Day: Driving The Future was held on July 24, 2022, at Bajra Sandhi Monument, Muntig Siokan Beach, and Level 21 Mall. The event, attended by Darmawan Prasodjo, CEO of PT PLN (Persero), emphasized the spirit of energy transition and eco-friendly mobility while raising public awareness of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.
Our team managed all aspects of the event, including venue setup, coordination with relevant authorities, online registration system, EV data management, technical support for the hybrid event, as well as coordinating talent and crew event to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

On November 1, 2022, Aldabra Project Indonesia was once again trusted by PLN to support the execution of the “Apel Siaga: Securing the Electricity Supply for the G20 Summit and Yantek Optimization” held at Peninsula, Bali. The event was led by the CEO of PLN, Darmawan Prasodjo, and attended by Governor of Bali, Commander of IX Military Regional Command/Udayana, Chief of Bali Regional Police, Bali High Prosecutor, as well as PLN’s entire Board of Directors and management team. Hundreds of technical personnel and support staff participated in the readiness ceremony to ensure the reliable electricity supply throughout the G20 Summit and to support the smooth execution of the Indonesian G20 Presidency event. Technical support was also provided by us at several other locations, including Indonesia Power – Pesanggaran, Mercure Nusa Dua (Command Post), Kempinski, and SPKLU ITDC. This involvement reflects Aldabra Project Indonesia’s commitment to providing professional event services for both national and international-scale events.

Energy Transition Day, held on November 1, 2022, at Sofitel Nusa Dua, Bali, was part of PLN’s support for the G20 Summit. During the event, PT PLN (Persero) showcased two Solar Power Plant projects and Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Rooftop systems installed at 33 PLN Group buildings across Bali, serving as part of the energy transition showcase for the G20 Summit. The event was attended by the CEO of PT PLN (Persero), Darmawan Prasodjo; the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil; and the Governor of Bali, Wayan Koster. It also featured expert speakers from the renewable energy sector, government, and global financial institutions, drawing more than 300 participants from 10 countries. As an event organizer, we are proud to have supported the success of this event, which highlights Indonesia’s commitment to building a greener and more sustainable future.

On February 12, 2023, we successfully organized the Jalan Sehat Bersama BUMN (Healthy Walk with SOEs) event with the tagline “Bersama BUMN Menuju Indonesia Sehat” ("Together with SOEs Towards a Healthier Indonesia") at Lapangan Timur Bajra Sandhi, Denpasar, Bali, as part of the 25th Anniversary celebration of Indonesia’s Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). This event served as the pilot project for a series of similar activities held across 239 cities and regencies in Indonesia, and was attended by approximately 2,000 participants, including Member of Commission VI of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Gde Sumarjaya Linggih. Officially launched by the Special Staff III to the Minister of SOEs, the event featured exciting activities such as door prize giveaways and a SOEs-supported MSME Bazaar to promote the local economy. As a professional event organizer based in Bali, we handled the end-to-end process—from concept planning and technical coordination to on-site execution—ensuring a smooth, safe, and successful event that reflects our commitment to delivering trusted event management services in Bali.

Aldabra Project Indonesia, as a professional event organizer, proudly executed the 23rd ACG CTS (Asia-Pacific Central Securities Depository Group - Cross Training Seminar), hosted by Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee (IDClear) and Indonesia Central Securities Depository. This prestigious international conference took place from June 19-22, 2023, at Sofitel Nusa Dua, Bali, marking the first post-pandemic in-person gathering with 95 attendees representing 15 countries. We facilitated a strategic agenda, including a morning session with the Director of Indonesia’s Capital Market SRO, six task force sessions, professional networking opportunities, cultural dinner, and an immersive Bali cultural tour. The event’s success underscores Aldabra Project Indonesia’s expertise in managing large-scale international events, fostering cross-border collaboration, and strengthening synergies between Central Securities Depository (CSD) institutions and Clearing and Guarantee Houses across the Asia-Pacific region.

Aldabra Project Indonesia was honored to be entrusted by IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange), ID Clear (Indonesian Central Securities Depository), and KSEI (Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation) to organize the prestigious ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) 2023 Welcome Dinner on October 15, 2023, at Padma Resort Legian, Bali. This exclusive Balinese Cultural Dinner seamlessly blended tradition and innovation to welcome delegates from 10 ASEAN member nations. The event featured a cocktail party accompanied by rindik (Bamboo gamelan), followed by interactive workshops on crafting canang sari(ritual offerings), gebogan (fruit and flower arrangements symbolizing gratitude), and batik art. A grand finale showcased a Baleganjur percussion parade and a captivating contemporary Balinese dance performance. By integrating authentic local heritage with world-class execution, Aldabra successfully elevated Bali’s cultural wisdom to the global stage, reinforcing Indonesia’s cultural and economic diplomacy through this high-profile international event.

Aldabra Project Indonesia successfully organized the CIMB NIAGA FUN RUN 2023 on October 28, 2023, in celebration of the grand opening of CIMB Niaga’s new Digital Branch in Canggu, Bali. The event brought together 150 runners from diverse running communities across Bali, fostering collaboration and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Complementing the run, the Saturday Market showcased over a dozen local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), providing them with a direct promotional platform while boosting the regional economy. This initiative not only reinforced CIMB Niaga’s image as a community-centric financial institution but also solidified Aldabra’s reputation as a trusted event organizer in Bali, adept at aligning corporate objectives with community engagement and sustainable support for local businesses.

Aldabra Project Indonesia successfully organized the GLINK Knowledge Management Summit 2024 at the Grand Hyatt Bali (January 9-11, 2024), in strategic collaboration with the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) as the academic partner. As the 4th international event in the GLINK Summit series, this conference brought together 150+ international KM practitioners, academics, and industry leaders from Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, and Thailand to explore the implementation of knowledge management end-to-end. Through expert presentations, interactive panel discussions, and hands-on workshops, participants gained cutting-edge insights into digital technology integration, sustainable KM strategies, and global case studies. Collaboration with ITB enriched the event’s academic content, including research-based materials and best practices in global digital transformation. This summit not only strengthened global professional networks but also solidified GLINK’s role as a premier platform for accelerating organizational innovation in the digital era.

Aldabra Project Indonesia supported the success of the Workshop Influencer BUMN, 1000 Manusia Bercerita (1000 Humans Share Stories) & BUMN Fun Run 2024, organized by Indonesia’s Ministry of SOEs (BUMN) and Menjadi Manusia with strategic partners PT. PLN (Persero), BNI 46, PELNI, and TASPEN, held at Hotel Merusaka, Nusa Dua-Bali (Feb 1-3, 2024). As the 4th national roadshow focused on youth mental health awareness, the event engaged 300+ influencers, SOE millennials, and mental health practitioners through Sound Healing (Adeline Windy), Inspirational Talk Shows (featuring Aurelie Moeremans, Adinda Cresheilla, Nago Tejena, Mario J. de Bont), Breathing Exercise & Meditation (Adjie Santosoputro), Intimate Talks, and a 5 Sense Experience. This multisensory collaboration created a safe space for mental health reflection while amplifying Indonesia’s commitment to world-class human capital through storytelling, holistic practices, and strategic SOE alliances.

Central Securities Depository of Indonesia (KSEI), successfully hosted the Asian Fund Standardization Forum (AFSF) & Investor Service Task Force (ISTF) Joint Workshop 2024 at Hilton Hotel, Nusa Dua-Bali, from 19-22 February 2024. The event welcomed 77 participants, including 13 member organizations of the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACG), 7 advisory representatives, and delegates from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI / ID Clear). Alongside strategic discussions on advancing Asian investment standards, attendees experienced a Cultural Gala Dinner and Cultural Tour, showcasing Bali’s vibrant cultural heritage. As the organizer, Aldabra Project Indonesia ensured this collaboration served as a platform for synergy among regulators, financial institutions, and international stakeholders, driving innovation in Asia’s capital markets.

Aldabra Project Indonesia is proud to have successfully managed the Seminar on Accelerating the Upstream-Downstream Integration of the Seaweed Industry and the official launch of the International Center for Tropical Seaweeds (ICTS), held on May 22, 2024, at Merusaka Nusa Dua, Bali. As a strategic side event of the 10th World Water Forum (WWF), this high-level gathering was attended by distinguished figures, including the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, and the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, alongside senior representatives from UNIDO, the World Bank, and BRIN. As the appointed Event Organizer, Aldabra ensured every aspect of the event was executed with the highest professional standards, facilitating seamless management to support Indonesia's grand mission of positioning seaweed as the "Emas Hijau" (Green Gold) of the future economy.

The Relawan Bakti BUMN 2024 program was held on 15–17 August 2024 in Manistutu Village, Jembrana, Bali, as part of a national initiative by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) focused on community empowerment. The event featured a series of activities including UMKM (SME) development, cultural preservation, community engagement programs, and Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day celebration, involving BUMN volunteers, local communities and businesses, village leaders, and national figures. In this program, Aldabra Project Indonesia served as the Event Organizer, responsible for end-to-end event planning, coordination, and on-site management, reinforcing its expertise as a professional event organizer for CSR and social impact events.

Aldabra Project Indonesia was appointed to manage the KAL Global Event – Celebrating 35 Years, an international corporate conference for KAL ATM Software (UK & Germany) attended by 160 global delegates from 21–28 September 2024 at Merusaka Nusa Dua, Bali. Over eight days, Aldabra oversaw the full execution of the program, including international arrivals, conference preparation and venue management, as well as five days of conference sessions attended by all delegates. The official agenda also featured a half-day tour to key Bali destinations and concluded with “Sunset Social,” a networking dinner party as part of the formal conference program. Through structured management and international delivery standards, Aldabra delivered a well-organized and professionally executed global business conference.

Aldabra Project Indonesia served as the Event Organizer for the Directorate Coordination Meeting of Project Management & Renewable Energy for the Second Semester of 2024, hosted by PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Nusa Tenggara. Held on 2–5 December 2024 in Lombok, the multi-venue program included airport handling, a Welcome Dinner at Bukit 360 Mandalika Circuit, coordination sessions at Pullman Mandalika Hotel, a Gala Dinner at Mandalika Beach Club, as well as a fun run and a parallel spouse program. Executed under state-owned enterprise corporate protocol standards, the event required integrated cross-location logistics, precise technical control, and full operational oversight from arrival through departure—reinforcing our expertise in delivering national-scale corporate meetings and strategic forums in Bali and West Nusa Tenggara.

Aldabra Project Indonesia managed the KSEI Stakeholder Seminar 2024 – "Strategic Cyber Resilience in Indonesia’s Capital Market", hosted by KSEI-Indonesia Central Securities Depository, on 12–15 December 2024 at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. The forum convened key institutions shaping the national capital market ecosystem, including Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority, Indonesia Stock Exchange, and Indonesia Clearing and Guarantee Corporation. Delivering a high-level financial sector forum of this scale required integrated multi-stakeholder coordination and disciplined protocol execution; Aldabra ensured every stage of the event—from delegate reception and structured seminar sessions to the evening gathering—was seamlessly managed, creating a cohesive and meaningful experience for leaders across Indonesia’s capital market industry.

Aldabra Project Indonesia, a Bali-based Event Organizer, was entrusted again by PT PLN (Persero) to manage the Relawan Bakti BUMN Batch VII program in Sumba Timur from February 17–19, 2025— a national-scale CSR initiative with high operational complexity in a remote area with limited infrastructure. Aldabra delivered end-to-end event management, covering operational planning, multi-location logistics, and on-ground execution of parallel programs including community health services, MSME empowerment, youth capacity building, and educational initiatives with facility development. The program concluded with a public activation through an entertainment stage and MSME bazaar to drive community engagement and local economic impact. Through strong multi-stakeholder coordination and adaptive field execution, Aldabra ensured a seamless, timely, and impactful delivery, reinforcing its expertise in CSR events, community activation, and remote area event management.
